I, the artist, maintain full, exclusive rights to the original piece.
Therefore I'm allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to;- Promote me and my work- Publish books with- To display it anywhere to my liking- Post it wherever I want- The client cannot claim it as their own or use it for anything other than personal use unless previously discussed- Redistribution of my artwork for printed merchandise or as promotional material, services or social media pages is prohibited. Sharing and reposting
The client has my permission to repost the artwork wherever they would like, as long as proper credit is given via a link to my Instagram page or website.
Forbidden Actions
Changing my artwork in any way without asking for permission beforehand, except for cropping/resizing the image.
Repurposing my work to use as tracing or reference material.
Claiming my work as your own.
General guidelines
- Please include visual references and a good description, the more info the better, references, colours, desired elements, etc.- The client will be provided WIP shots during each stage of the drawing process to avoid any misinterpretations so the client is satisfied with the final work.- Please allow up to 1 week to 2 months after payment for completion. If I find that I will take longer than the given period of time, I will notify the commissioner beforehand.- The client is allowed to ask for as many changes as needed during the sketching phase but will be limited to 3 changes during the line art, and colouring phases.
Refund Policy
If the commission is cancelled (by me or the client) before I've begun working on it, then the client will receive a full refund.
If the client cancels the commission midway, the amount refunded will be based on how close it is to completion.
Rough estimates being
Sketch - 90%
Lineart - 50%
Colouring - 0%
No refunds will be given for completed or nearly completed commissions.
I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time, for any reason, and without explanation.
If I cancel the commission due to my inability to complete it at any state, a full refund will be given.
